Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

The owners and operators of the website are not the "producers" of any actual or simulated sexually explicit photos or video recordings found on it. With respect to such, the operators confine their activities to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content provided by third-party users. All parts of fattymgp.com on which user-provided content appears are under those users' control. The operators are thereby exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as per 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content on the website that, at the operator’s sole discretion, is considered to be illegal, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or which in any respect contravenes the website's terms of use or other policies may be taken down.

Any visual depictions that may appear on the website, for which the operator of the website may be regarded as the “producer,” are exempt from the stipulations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for one or more of the following reasons: (1) the images or videos do not show any sexually explicit activity as laid out in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A); (2) the images or videos do not show depictions of the genitals or pubic area after July 27, 2006; (3) the images or videos do not show simulated sexually explicit activity; or (4) the images or videos were created before July 3, 1995.

Designated Records Custodian

A 2257-Custodian of Records has been authorized by the website's operator to be the keeper of all original records required for compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. 75. Said records are available for review by sending a request via our contact form.
